You can read every novel on NovelBIN without an account.

On your device

Bookmarks, your “Continue reading” history and your preferred text size are stored in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device unless you sign in, and clearing your site data removes them.

If you sign in

Your account stores your email address (to send sign-in links and, if you turn them on, new-chapter alerts), your display name, bookmarks, reading history, ratings and comments. Deleting your account on the Account page removes all of it.

On our servers

We count chapter reads in aggregate to build the rankings. We keep standard server logs for security and abuse prevention for a limited time.

Analytics

We use Umami, hosted on our own server, to see which pages are read and how visitors find us. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and keeps only aggregate counts (pages, countries, devices, referring sites). Account and admin pages are not tracked.

Error reports

When a page breaks, an error report (the error, the page address and your browser type) is sent to Sentry so we can fix it. Reports do not include your IP address, email, cookies or anything you typed.
